We begin by discussing your project in detail, including the menu type, site constraints, budget, and goals. We will sketch an outline of initial parameters by hand and explore potential design ideas and how to incorporate them.

Once we establish all project parameters, we move to BIM software to scale the layout precisely. After approval of the floor plan and equipment layout, you can obtain budget quotes based on these designs.

We’ll present the project in 3D to provide a realistic overview. We also offer walk-throughs to give you a real sense of the design. This allows you to identify any changes you wish to make before the next stage.

Final Documentation

This part of the process focuses on the finer details. By helping the electrical and plumbing specialists clearly understand their scope of work and defining responsibilities, we ensure the project proceeds smoothly and efficiently.

Construction

During the construction phase, we issue council documentation and detailed drawings for the people making the parts. We’ll discuss the progress, answer any questions, and ensure the components are all running smoothly.

Hand Over

When the project is finished, we will do a final inspection, create a report listing any problems or defects, and work on fixing them. Finally, we hold a project debrief to ensure everything meets your expectations.
